By accessing "Indie Terminal" (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Indie Terminal and is designed to provide market intelligence and data analytics for founders.
02. DATA_ACCURACY_&_RELIANCE
All market data provided by Indie Terminal is for informational purposes only. While we strive for 100% precision, "mathematical proximity" and "historical signals" are estimates. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Decisions made based on our data are at the user's own risk.
03. USER_CONDUCT_&_ACCESS
Users must not attempt to "scrape," "dump," or reverse-engineer the underlying data structures of Indie Terminal beyond the provided interface. "System Access" is restricted to authorized account holders only.
04. SUBSCRIPTIONS_&_REFUNDS
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are processed based on system usage and strictly at the discretion of the system administrators.
05. LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY
In no event shall Indie Terminal be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
